Guns Stolen During Home Burglary; Car Burglaries Reported: Wheaton PD

WHEATON, IL — Guns were stolen from a home, and cars were burglarized at the same location, but at different times according to the most recent Wheaton Police Department crime blotter.

Home Burglarized in 1000 block of Briarbrook Lane

Someone broke into a home in the 1000 block of Briarbrook Lane and stole guns, according to police. The incident took place May 16 sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Cars Burglarized in 1400 block of Stonebridge Circle

Police responded to multiple car burglary reports in the 1400 block of Stonebridge Circle. Some burglaries were reported as having taken place between 8 p.m. on May 15 and 8:20 a.m. on May 16. More burglaries were reported between 10:30 p.m. on May 15 and 1 p.m. on May 16.
