Homes Burglarized, Retail Theft At Casey's: Wheaton Crime Blotter

WHEATON, IL — Two houses were burglarized, items were stolen from Casey's and other crimes were reported on the Wheaton Police Department's blotter for late May and early June.

Home Burglarized in 1600 Block of Wilson

Police say items and cash were stolen from a home in the 1600 block of Wilson. The incident took place between May 28 and June 2.

Retail Theft at Casey's

A man stole two bottles of liquor from Casey's at 1000 E. Roosevelt Rd. around 1:30 p.m. on June 8.

Home Burglarized on Wheaton Circle

A wallet was stolen from inside a purse that was in a home on Wheaton Circle. The incident took place sometime between 9 p.m. on June 7 and 3:42 p.m. on June 9.

Burglary Reported at Dry City Brew Works

Several items were reported missing from Dry City Brew Works, 120 N. Main St. The burglary took place between 12 p.m. on June 7 and 10 a.m. on June 8.

Burglary at Wheaton College

Someone broke into a building, sprayed a fire extinguisher and pried open locked storage areas. The incident happened between June 2 and June 5.
