Integral Life Practice: A 21st Century Spiritual Path to Awakening

Learn how to work with the four main arenas of life–self, body, relationships, and society–as places for spiritual practice and awakening.

“Integral Life Practice” is an approach to spiritual practice that embraces all of life. Participants will learn how to work with the four main arenas of life – self, body, relationships, and society – as places for spiritual practice and awakening. You’ll learn how to see Spirit at play in all of life and how to align yourself with Spirit’s unfolding within yourself and in the world. Participants will perform integral assessments of their spiritual lives and create personalized “Integral Life Practice” plans to accelerate their spiritual awakening.
