WHEATON, IL — Items were stolen from Walgreens, a phone was swiped from Jewel-Osco and other crimes were reported on the most recent blotter from the Wheaton Police Department.

Items Stolen from Walgreens

Police say a woman came into the Walgreens at 1601 N. Main St. just before 9 a.m. on Nov. 9 and took several items before leaving the store without paying.

Phone Stolen from Jewel-Osco

A phone was stolen from Jewel-Osco on Nov. 8, according to police. The phone was taken after someone forgot it near a register. The incident took place sometime between 8:45 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Backpack Stolen in 600 Block of Howard Street

Someone stole a backpack that had a wallet in it from an address in the 600 block of Howard Street. Police say the incident took place sometime between Aug. 4 and Aug. 19, per the blotter.

Anyone who has information about these crimes is urged to call the Wheaton Police Department at 630-260-2161.
