Lights Shattered On 5 Cars, Catalytic Converter Stolen: Wheaton PD
Five residents reported that the lights were shattered on their cars and two other criminal damage to property incidents were reported.

WHEATON, IL — Five cars were damaged, along with a shed and some Christmas lights, according to the most recent blotter from the Wheaton Police Department. The cars were damaged around 2 a.m. on Dec. 13, the crime blotter shows.
Car Damaged in Parking Lot of Pete's Fresh Market
Someone shattered the driver's side mirror and tail lights on a car that was parked in the lot at Pete's Fresh Market, 151 Rice Lake Square. The incident took place around 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 13.

Car Damaged in 2300 Block of Appleby Court
Police say someone smashed the tail lights and damaged a license plate on a car that was parked in the 2300 block of Appleby Court just after 2 a.m. on Dec. 13.

Someone damaged a shed at Holy Cross Lutheran Church sometime between 4 p.m. on Dec. 9 and 6 a.m. on Dec. 10.
Christmas Lights Damaged in 1200 Block of Sumner Street
On Dec. 13, someone damaged Christmas lights in the 1200 block of Sumner Street. The incident happened between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 13.
Catalytic Converter Stolen from Car at Wheaton Eye Clinic
The catalytic converter was cut from a Ford Escape that was parked at Wheaton Eye Clinic, 2015 N. Main St. The theft happened on Dec. 18 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:33 a.m.
