Liquor Stolen From Jewel, Store Burglarized: Wheaton Crime Blotter

WHEATON, IL — A man stole liquor from Jewel-Osco, people burglarized a store and other crimes were reported on the most recent blotter from the Wheaton Police Department.
Liquor Stolen from Jewel-Osco
Police say a man entered the Jewel-Osco at 2031 N. Main St. just before 3 p.m. on Aug. 31. He then filled a shopping cart with alcohol and left the store without paying.

PGS Gold and Coin Burglarized
Individuals smashed the bottom of the front door at PGS Gold and Coin at 600 S. County Farm Road. The incident took place around 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 31. At the time of the police report, was not known whether any items had been stolen.

Car Damaged in Parking Lot of Orange Theory Fitness
A car owner told police someone cracked the passenger side windows on the front and back of their car while it was parked in the lot at Orange Theory Fitness, 223 Rice Lake Sq. The incident took place sometime between 5:55 a.m. and 7:02 a.m. on Aug. 30.
