Loaded Handguns, Ski Masks Found In Car: Wheaton Police
During a routine traffic stop, Wheaton Police found two loaded guns and multiple ski masks in the vehicle of Carla Seals, 29, of Chicago.

WHEATON, IL — Police have charged a woman with unlawful use of a weapon after they found two loaded handguns and "several ski masks" inside her vehicle, according to a report. Carla Seals, 29, of Chicago, was stopped by Wheaton Police for a traffic violation at approximately 2:32 a.m Wednesday when law enforcement allegedly discovered the firearms.
According to police, an officer smelled cannabis in Seals' car and proceeded to conduct a search. During the search, the officer reportedly discovered two loaded Glock handguns inside the vehicle. Seals was taken into custody and charged with two counts of unlawful use of a firearm, police said. Police say one of the passengers, Sherell L. Sanders, 24, of West Chicago, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
Two other passengers in the vehicle were not charged with violations.

Seals is being held at DuPage County Jail as she awaits her bond hearing.
