WHEATON, IL — A man stole cellphone accessories and tried to pry open a locked cabinet at the Target on County Farm Road, according to the city's most recent crime blotter.

Police were called to the store around 9 a.m. after employees said a man was seen stealing two credit card attachments that go on the back of cellphones. The man also stole a pair of pliers and used them to try to open a cabinet in the store's electronics department.
