Missing Woman's Car Found in Wheaton

Police are still looking for the Chicago woman who went missing last week.

WHEATON, IL - Authorities are still searching for a Chicago woman who went missing last week but did find her car in Wheaton, police said Monday.

Sylvia Sobolewska, 38, suffers from depression and bi-polar disorder and went missing from the 4000 block of North Pontiac in Chicago last week, according to a Chicago Police Department press release. She has not been heard from or seen since 8 a.m. on March 18.

Her vehicle, a 2012 Toyota Yaris, was found in the parking lot at the Dupage County Circuit Court, 509 N. County Farm Road in Wheaton, according to an update Monday night from Chicago police. But Kuprowski has still not been found.

She is described as a white female who is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. The 38-year-old woman goes by the alias Sylvia Kuprowski. She has blue eyes, blonde hair and medium complexion.
