WHEATON, IL — Adams Park in Wheaton is now more accessible after crews finished working on ADA-compliant paths. The changes include widened paths throughout the park and a ramp that leads up to the park's fountain.

Crews removed the steps and raised sidewalk leading into the park. They also replaced the park's brick paver paths and steps with stamped concrete, which makes the paths even more accessible.

The project to make Adams Park accessible was funded through a state grant and also included repairs to drainage issues and landscaping updates.
