Police Blotter: DUI, Theft and More
The following items were taken from the Wheaton Police Department.

Police arrested Nicholas Mishevski of Hinsdale for driving on a suspended license and using a cell phone while driving on Saturday, Oct. 1. Michevski, 20, drove a white 2003 Honda Civic near the intersection of Blanchard Street and Roosevelt Road around 3 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released that afternoon.
Police arrested Timothy Moore of the 700 block of Liberty Drive in Wheaton for aggravated assault, criminal damage and drunkenness in the 400 block of Front Street in Wheaton Wednesday, Sept. 28. Moore, 46, was arrested around 4 p.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and taken to DuPage County Jail the next day.
Police arrested Jeremy Johnesee of Winfield for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal, improper lane usage and illegal alcohol consumption Sunday, Sept. 25. Johnesee, 18, drove a black 1986 Chevy Camaro near the intersection of Geneva Road and Main Street around 2 a.m. Sunday when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested two 25-year-old Wheaton men for retail theft at Target, 601 County Farm Road, Wheaton on Saturday, Sept. 24. Daniel Davis, of the West 0-100 block of Armbrust Avenue and Sonny Scheel, of the 1000 block of College Avenue, were arrested around 3 p.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that afternoon.
Police arrested Jeanetta Petty of Naperville for driving on a suspended license and improper lane usage Friday, Sept. 23. Petty, 38, drove a silver 2001 Oldsmobile Alero near the intersection of Farnham Lane and Naperville Road around 1 a.m. Friday. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested Daniel May of Chicago for driving under the influence of alcohol, marijuana possession, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage Friday, Sept. 23. May, 26, drove a gold 2001 Dodge sedan near the intersection of Roosevelt and Lorraine roads around 12:30 a.m. Friday. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
