WHEATON, IL — A Pride flag was stolen from a home, an RV was burglarized at DuPage County Fairgrounds and other crimes were listed on the Wheaton police blotter for mid-June 2022.

RV Burglarized at DuPage County Fairgrounds

Police say someone smashed the window of an RV that was parked at DuPage County Fairgrounds, 2015 Manchester Rd., and stole cash from a safe that had been left unlocked. The incident took place sometime between 11:30 a.m and 11:30 p.m. on June 19.

Pride Flag Stolen from Home in 1500 Block of Brittany Court

A Pride flag was removed from outside of a home in the 1500 Block of Brittany Court. The theft happened sometime between 11 p.m. on June 15 and 5 a.m. on June 16, per the crime blotter.

Phone Stolen Outside of DuPage County Courthouse

A person told police they put their cellphone behind a trash bin at DuPage County Courthouse around 10 a.m. on May 14. When they returned around 12 p.m., they discovered their cellphone had been stolen.
