Resident Finds Unwelcome Winter Wonderland on Front Lawn
Cops say fly dumper left Christmas tree, turned on resident's outdoor spigot.

A resident discovered an unwelcomed winter wonderland on his front lawn where someone had disposed of a Christmas tree, reports said.
Wheaton police were called to a home in the 2300 block of Albright Lane around 4:44 p.m. Jan. 27, for a report of illegal dumping.
The resident said that someone threw the tree on his lawn sometime between 9 p.m. Jan. 26 and 4 p.m. Jan. 27.

The police officer also observed that resident’s outdoor spigot had been turned on leaving frozen ice on the nearby bushes.
