Road Closures To Take Effect For 2022 Reindeer Run In Wheaton
See which roads will be closed on Dec. 3 to accommodate the 2022 Reindeer Run race.
WHEATON, IL — Several road closures will be in effect in and around downtown Wheaton to accommodate the 2022 Reindeer Run, which is set for Dec. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
The following roads will be closed from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday:
- Main Street from Front Street to Jefferson Avenue
- Jefferson Avenue from Main Street to Cross Street
- Prairie Avenue from Cross Street to Santa Rosa Avenue
- Santa Rosa Avenue from Forest Avenue to Cadillac Drive
- Cadillac Drive from Santa Rosa Avenue to Webster Avenue
- Webster Avenue from Cadillac Drive to Forest Avenue
- Forest Avenue from Webster Avenue to Irving Avenue
- Irving Avenue from Forest Avenue to Prairie Avenue
- Oak Avenue from Irving Avenue to Washington Street
- Washington Street from Prairie Avenue to Wesley Street
- Wesley Street from Washington Street to Main Street
Wheaton police officers will be on hand during the Reindeer Run race to help direct traffic.
