Taste of Wheaton Kicks Off May 31

WHEATON, IL --- Festival season will just be getting into full swing when the Taste of Wheaton kicks off on May 31. During the four-day festival, downtown Wheaton's Memorial Park will be packed with carnival rides, games, and, of course, lots and lots of food.

The festivities also include a beer and wine garden, a business expo, and outdoor art displays. Here's a quick glance at what's planned for the 2018 Taste of Wheaton.

Thursday, May 31

Food vendors vendors available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Carnival rides from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Music from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; featured acts include Planet Groove, The Hat Guys, and A and R band

Friday, June 1

Food sales 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Carnival rides 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Music from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. featuring Wedding Banned, Eric Howell, and Five Guys Named Moe n

Saturday, June 2

Cosley Zoo Run for the Animals 5K/10K at 7:30 a.m.

Food sales 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Carnival rides 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Music from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. featuring The Breakfast Club, Hi Infidelity, This End Up, Sweet T's, and more

Sunday, June 3

Food sales 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Carnival rides 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Music from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. featuring Red Woody Band, Raise Your Glass, and South of Disorder
