Teens Rob Man At Gunpoint, Run Him Over In Wheaton: Cops
Police say three teens and a juvenile robbed the man before pushing him out of the car.

WHEATON, IL — Three men are in custody after they allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint, pushed him from a car, and ran him over in Wheaton. Marsalis Smith, 19, of Naperville, Cortez Jackson, 19, of Blue Island, and Ellihue Graves, 18, of Gary, Indiana, along with a juvenile, were charged with armed robbery in connection with the July 21 incident.
Police say the suspects robbed the victim around 6:30 p.m. inside a car near the intersection of East Loop Dr. and Butterfield. They then allegedly pushed the man out of the car and ran him over with the car, which resulted in what police have called a "serious leg injury."
After a three-day investigation, police recovered the firearms and arrested Smith, Jackson, Graves, and the juvenile. Jackson, Smith, and Graves are currently being held in the DuPage County Jail. The juvenile was taken to Kane County Youth Home.
