Warrenville Man Critically Injured After Crashing Glider at Airport
The crash happened at Cushing Field Airport in LaSalle County Saturday morning.

A 63-year-old Warrenville man was critically injured Saturday morning after crashing his motorized glider on a grassy runway at a private airport in LaSalle County, the Daily Herald reports.
The glider overturned while landing at the Cushing Field Airport near Sheridan at about 9:41 a.m. The man was trapped inside and was freed by emergency personnel before he was taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, the newspaper reports.
