Residents holding a garage sale can place one sign on the site of the sale, but not in the right-of-way, and it must be 3 square feet or less.

Two directional signs of the same size are allowed on other private property as long as the resident has received permission to place the signs there. Signs can’t be placed more than two days before the sale, and they must be removed on the final day of the sale.
