Winning $1.2 Million Lucky Day Lotto Ticket Sold In Carol Stream
The ticket holder matched all five numbers to win the jackpot.
CAROL STREAM, IL — A winning $1.2 million Lucky Day Lotto ticket was sold at a liquor store in Carol Stream and the winner is still being sought. The ticket, which matched all five numbers – 11, 26, 38, 40 and 43 – was sold at S & K Liquor, located at 628 E. St Charles Rd., in Carol Stream, according to a news release from the Illinois Lottery.
S & K Liquor, which has been selling lottery tickets since 2011, will receive $12,000 for selling the winning ticket.
If you have the winning ticket, the Illinois Lottery encourages you to sign the back of the ticket and put it in a safe place before calling 1-800-252-1775 to learn how to claim your winnings. Players can also click the link for more information on how to claim prizes by mail.
