Woman Hospitalized, Man Arrested After Domestic Incident In Wheaton
Police say the woman was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening after Thursday's incident.
WHEATON, IL — A woman was hospitalized Thursday and a man was arrested following a domestic incident in Wheaton.
Police were called to a home near the intersection of Buena Vista and Lorraine just after 2 p.m. and were at the scene for more than an hour. According to Deputy Chief Ryan Conway, the woman was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for injuries that were not thought to be life-threatening.
Conway told Patch the man was arrested and charges will be filed once the ongoing investigation is complete.
