Inner Engineering In-Person is offered as a 4-day program. The course combines the tools from Inner Engineering Online and transmission of <a href="https://innerengineering.sadhguru.org/in-person#shambhavi_mahamudra_kriya" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya</a>, a 21-minute life-transforming practice. This format contains powerful meditative processes and practice support through personalized corrections. Additionally, the first hour of every program is a free introductory talk open to the public. This program is offered through an Isha Yoga instructor trained by Sadhguru. This course is offered in various locations across US and Canada and as a retreat at the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences.

<ul><li>Programs are on Thursday and Friday evenings for 3 1/4 hours and continue all day on Saturday and Sunday.</li><li>Vegetarian lunch is provided on Saturday; Vegetarian breakfast &amp; lunch on Sunday.</li></ul>

A free introductory talk will be offered on Thursday for the first hour of the program. This session is open to all - feel free to bring your friends, family or anyone who may want to come with you. The program will resume after a short break, during which attendees will still have an opportunity to register.

<h5>Race Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 8:00 AM</h5>
Join us for a 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk and Kids Dash on the main runway and taxiways at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, Illinois. The 5K course is USATF Certified, and chip timed. Hang out after your event for podium awards, music, food, giveaways and kids activities. Plus keep an eye out for princess and superhero guest appearances through the morning!
Strollers and wagons are welcome. No pets are allowed. 
<h6>In case of inclement weather, a cancellation call will be made by 8:30AM on event day. This is a fundraising event with proceeds benefiting local aviation scholarships. As a result, no refunds will be issued, and the event will not be rescheduled.</h6>
