• OBITUARY: Carol Wolford McPherson Brown (houstonherald.com) — Longtime White Hall resident and educator Carol Wolford McPherson Brown, 86, is being remembered for more than three decades of teaching in White Hall schools and her deep involvement in White Hall First Baptist Church and community groups. She died March 25 at Evervella of White Hall, and visitation and memorial services are set for Saturday, June 6, at Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Houston, Missouri.
