Adam S. Goldman to Senior Managing Director

CHICAGO (April 29, 2013) — Mesirow Financial today announced the promotion of Adam S. Goldman, to senior managing director of its Investment Advisory group. This promotion recognizes Goldman’s continued dedication to client service, business development and the firm. Goldman works extensively with individuals, families, corporations and retirement plans to evaluate and implement investment strategies focused on fulfilling short- and long-term objectives specializing in asset allocation. He has significant experience working with executives of closely held public and private corporations, assisting them with liquidity and reallocation of their post-sale assets.

Goldman joined Mesirow Financial in 2000 and has more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry. He earned a bachelor of science degree in political science from Tufts University. Goldman is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations including president of The University of Michigan, James M. Gartenberg Memorial Scholarship Fund; fundraiser for Riverdale Country Day School and Children’s Memorial Hospital; a regional chair on Tufts University’s Alumni Admission Program and he is a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Luncheon Committee. Goldman grew up in New York and he and his family now reside in Wilmette, Illinois.
