Step back in time through the power of drama and relive the Depression-era days. Students in Actors Training Center’s (ATC) Musical Theatre Intensive – a three-week summer theatre workshop – will stage a production of the thrilling musical BONNIE & CLYDE on Saturday, August 1st at 10am & 2pm; August 2nd at 4pm & 7pmat the Wilmette Theatre.

At the height of the Great Depression, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow went from two small-town nobodies in West Texas to America’s most renowned folk heroes and the Texas law enforcement’s worst nightmares. Fearless, shameless, and alluring, their electrifying story of love, adventure and crime captured the excited attention of an entire country. Don’t miss the most notorious couple in this exciting musical stage adaption of their real-life story; filled with blues, gospel and rockabilly music, sure to captivate your sense of adventure.

The show, directed by Jeff Award winner Janet Louer and music director Jermaine Hill, features singing and dancing from many talented students. Cast includes: Logan Aldrich as young Clyde (Wilmette); Liam Oh as Clyde Barrow (Wilmette); Eloise Lushina as young Bonnie (Evanston); Colleen Dougherty (Evanston) and Megan Delaney (Western Springs) as Bonnie Parker; Elizabeth Baker as Blanche Barrow (Evanston); Seth Steinberg as Bob Alcorn (Evanston); Sammie Landau as Gov. Miriam Ferguson (Buffalo Grove); Frankie Nayman as Ted Hinton and Gracie Nayman as Cumie Barrow, (Winnetka); Logan Scofield as Marvin “Buck” Barrow (Oak Park); Jacob Simon plays preacher (Deerfield); Faith Steinman as Emma Parker (Winnetka); Cameron Wise as Blanche Barrow (Wilmette); and AJ Milanas as Capt. Frank Hamer (Libertyville).
