DMK Burger & Fish Opening in Early Feb. on Noyes
The owners behind popular Chicago restaurants are opening the new restaurant in the former Fraiche space at 815 Noyes.

DMK Burger & Fish is slated to open in early February at 815 Noyes St., according to Chicago Eater, which has photos from inside the restaurant, which will be full-service or take-out and has communal seating and counter space.
Patch reported in November that DMK Restaurants submitted a special use permit to open the restaurant in the space that has been vacant since the bakery Fraiche abruptly closed last winter.

The owners operate DMK Burger Bar, with locations in Lake View, Soldier Field and Lombard, as well as Fish Bar, County Barbecue and Ada Street in Chicago. DMK Burger Bar has won accolades from several publications, was featured on Diner's, Drive-Ins and Dives, and was named among the top 10 burgers in the U.S. this year by Fox News.The burger bar is known for its creative concoctions, like "The Gobbler," a Thanksgiving specialty that combines a turkey patty, mashed potatoes, celery and cranberry relish.
