Estranged Husband Forged Her Signature, Stole Money: Cops

A Wilmette woman told police she had received an email from Fidelity Investments stating someone was attempting to change the username and password associated with her account.

After learning it had been her estranged husband, the victim discovered three unauthorized withdrawals from her account, with her forged signature, and had been transferred to the estranged husband’s account.

The withdrawals were made between November 29, 2010 and January 13, 2015.
