A Wilmette woman who just launched a style advice and packing strategy business says travelers can bring up to 10 important items on a trip and never have to check a bag again.
Cari Blickstein, a veteran stylist, personal shopper and fashion blogger just started her ImpeccablyPacked business out of Wilmette, according to the Wilmette Life. The business “helps clients build five core looks that can transform from day to night using carefully chosen clothing and footwear.”

Blickstein says whether she’s going somewhere for 24 hours or 24 days, she packs the same bag and never checks it.
“We start with foundational elements, and then use color and accessories to add creativity,”she said. “Our proprietary system coordinates our clients’ entire travel wardrobe so they look great every day of the trip, whether it’s for business, pleasure, or a special event.”

The 10 items she identified as musts in any woman’s travel bag are a perfect black dress, long jacket, classic black pants, white or black button-down, a stylish pair of jeans, a cashmere sweater or wrap, a pencil skirt, a “fun and flirty” day dress, a biker jacket, and a jumpsuit.
