NICK'S RESTAURANT AND BALLAST POINT BREWING TEAM UP TO HOST BEER DINNER ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15TH AT 7PM

Beer aficionados will not want to miss this one-of-a-kind event. On Tuesday, December 15 at 7pm, Nick’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill is collaborating with San Diego-based Ballast Point to host a beer pairing dinner, featuring a unique menu complemented by five different Ballast Point brews. As one of the nation’s fastest growing craft breweries, Ballast Point is on the “must try” list of beer lovers everywhere. Featuring a five-course menu that has been specially crafted by Nick’s executive chef, Hilario Clavijo, and Larkin, this $55/person experience is the perfect evening for a group of friends, guys’ and girls’ night out, or date night.

The Nick’s and Ballast Point dinner will feature a broad sample of dishes, ranging from jerk chicken wings and chili, to sea scallops and enchiladas, with the perfect chocolate coffee cheesecake to wrap up the evening. Each course will be paired with a different Ballast Point beer.
