Police Arrest Another Driver More Than 3 Times Over the Legal Limit

DUI

Brian Caldwell, 43, of the 1100 block of Virginia Lane, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after a May 8 traffic stop.

Police pulled over Caldwell at about 5:46 a.m. for a traffic violation in the 3000 block of Lake Avenue. During the stop, Caldwell failed field sobriety tests and was taken in to custody.

Caldwell took a breath test at the station, and that registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.246, more than three times the legal limit.

DUI

Anyshka Davies, 38, of the 1200 block of Elder Court, Wheeling, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license after a May 6 traffic stop.

Davies was pulled over by police at about 9:30 p.m. for a minor traffic violation in the 500 block of Illinois Road. A background check during the stop discovered Davies' license had been suspended, and he was taken into custody.

At the station, Davies took a breath test that registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.184, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.

DUI

Victoria R. Overstreet, 26, of the 900 block of Ski Hill Road, Fox River Grove, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after a May 7 traffic stop.

Police pulled over Overstreet at 3:49 a.m. for a minor traffic violation in the 900 block of Green Bay Road. Overstreet failed field sobriety tests and was taken in to custody.

Overstreet refused to take a breath test at the station.
