Arts, Music Festivals In Winnetka This Weekend
Winnetka hosts music downtown and art in the park Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

WINNETKA, IL — With summer officially underway, Winnetka will host multiple outdoor arts and music events this weekend. The Winnetka Music Festival will run Friday and Saturday, while the Art in the Village Event takes place Saturday and Sunday.
Street closures are already underway for the festival. Find a map below of changes to traffic patterns this weekend.
Music
Will Tilson will kick off the festival on Friday, June 23 at 6:30 PM at the BMO Harris stage on Lincoln Avenue between Oak and Elm Streets, followed at 7:30 by The Accidentals with special guest Zach Heckendorf, bringing their indie folk sound to the streets of Winnetka.

The Winnetka Children’s Theater starts the action on the Family Stage on Saturday, June 24, at 10:30 AM, and performances on the main stages start at Noon and run until 9:30 PM. Wild Belle, one of the hottest indie rock artists, will close out the festival. Wild Belle has performed at Lollapalooza, on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Conan. They’ll bring their mix of reggae, jazz, funk and rock to the festival stage.

The Winnetka Music festival will take place in the Elm Street Business District, with indoor and outdoor stages, street musicians, food trucks and more! The Village of Winnetka is a lead sponsor of the North Shore Art League’s Annual Art in the Village Event, which takes place in Hubbard Woods Park on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thousands of art lovers are expected to attend this annual juried exhibition featuring the work of over 70 local and nationally renowned artists.
Art in the Village will also feature food and refreshments from local businesses. For more information, including an artist list, visit the North Shore Art League website. Parking is available along Green Bay Road and for free in a garage on the south end of the park. The Hubbard Woods Metra train station is located at the east end of the park, and the park is accessible on the Green Bay Trail, which connects to the rain station with a staircase.
