COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

A victim discovered between 8:20 p.m. on October 18 and 11:15 a.m. on October 19, unknown offender(s) removed deposit envelopes containing United States Currency from a business in the 500 block of Lincoln Ave. Amount of loss $1,013.

THEFT

A victim in the 300 block of Winnetka Ave. discovered between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on October 19, unknown offender(s) removed an unsecured boy’s black “Specialized” Cross Trail bicycle from the bike rack at Winnetka Ave. and Woodland Ave. Amount of loss $500.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

An officer discovered between 6:26 p.m. on October 12 and 9:37 a.m. on October 25, unknown offender(s) used white and black spray paint to deface a sign on the north side of the beach at 1075 Sheridan Road. Public Works was notified for removal. Repair costs $100.
