Boil Order Issued For Dozens Of Winnetka Homes

WINNETKA, IL — Emergency repairs caused a service interruption Wednesday, leading village officials to issue a boil order for residents of nearly three dozen households along in Winnetka, village officials announced.

Water customers on a few blocks of Orchard Lane between Walnut Avenue and Fairview Lane were affected by the emergency repair operations.

The boil order was expected to be lifted Thursday, according to an announcement from the village.
