He has perfected PreHab, prevention of injury and recovery of chronic pain through the use of therapeutic exercises and stretches specifically designed to strengthen and create flexibility in a weak, tight or problematic muscle-skeletal joint and/or area. Prehab exercises decrease pain, prevent any further injury and increase range of motion with in your muscles and joints. Through these specific exercises/ stretches and the proper usage of the Power Plate, which is a machine that is precisely engineered to apply the science behind the body's natural response to destabilization and to create bone density at a rapid rate, you will achieve your goals and become pain free

PEER Services provides community-based substance use prevention and treatment services to teens, adults and families in Northern Cook County, including Evanston, Maine, New Trier, Niles and Northfield Townships, and the north side of Chicago. PEER Services reduces the harms of substance use, addiction and stigma by engaging youth and adults with innovative prevention programming and by supporting people on their path to recovery through holistic, evidence-based treatment. This year - Give your child the JUDA experience! What is JUDA? We are an innovative, Jewish, educational after-school program. We believe that children learn best through interactive experiences and hands-on discoveries. Children at JUDA are encouraged to ask questions and be an active participant in their Jewish journey. Explore Hebrew Language, Holidays, History, Culture and Community with good friends and teachers who are dedicated to bringing life into learning using our signature hands-on approach. MORE INFO: Ages: 3-9 Dates and times: Mondays, 4:00-5:30pm (ages 3-5) Wednesdays, 4:00-5:30pm (ages 6-9). Location: You will receive the location upon registration (in Glencoe).
