Concierge Home Improvement, our home services company, engages with our clients on multiple levels to address their diverse home services needs. Our clients need home improvement, handyman tasks, and home management during their travel months. By engaging with our customers on various levels, we have developed our business strategy. We strive to build trust with our clients to manage all their home care needs. Our clients enjoy knowing who is working in their homes. We appreciate understanding the home’s needs so we can provide the proper support when necessary.

Many of our clients are on the edge of becoming empty nesters, looking towards the next chapter. Simplify and Downsize are common themes. Working with our clients on multiple projects enables us to plan collaboratively with them. Our clients have hired us to renovate their homes in preparation for this next stage. Additionally, they have hired us to pack and move them to their new homes across the country, including Florida and Colorado, among others.

Our core group of tradesmen encompasses a diverse range of skills, including carpenters, renovators, demolition experts, drywall installers, and painters. They are talented and trustworthy family men. We also maintain a solid list of subcontractors with whom we work when necessary. By working with subcontractors on our properties, we gain a proper understanding of their skills and whether they align with our business philosophy. This has enabled us to develop an extensive network of expert tradesmen across multiple trades.
