Still With Us: Navigating Loss with Intuition and Spirit series

Still With Us: Navigating Loss with Intuition and Spirit is a small, in-person 4-session summer series for those moving through grief while feeling drawn to explore the possibility of continuing connection with a loved one who has transitioned.

This is not therapy, but a gentle and reflective space for meditation, journaling, conversation, and shared presence. Together, participants explore grief, continuing bonds, signs and symbols, and the quiet ways connection may continue to be felt after loss.

The group is intentionally small (6–8 participants), with each session building gently on the last.
