Construction Worker Killed While Building House in Winnetka
The 68-year-old victim fell roughly 12 feet and hit a beam, reports indicate.
The 68-year-old victim has not been identified. According to the Winnetka Talk, he was working with a crew on building a house in the 300 block of Linden Street shortly before noon when he fell 12 feet and hit a beam.
He was extricated from the site and taken to Evanston Hospital, where he died a short time after.
