The Caucus said previous experience with "Winnetka public service" is "a qualification that many successful candidates in the past have shared." It said candidates should demonstrate knowledge about the public policy issues facing Winnetka. They should also be ready to discuss how they would approach policy making challenges, solve problems and how they would see their responsibilities as a representative of the community.
Election day has been scheduled for April 8, 2018. The terms run from May 1 of next year to April 30, 2020.
