Join Generations Yoga Center for our 4th Anniversary Celebration. Sample the various styles of yoga the studio has to offer, such as Forrest, Yin, Restorative and Prenatal, every hour on the hour starting at 7am and running until 4pm. There will also be a drawing to win free class packages, bodywork sessions, yoga private sessions and more. At 7pm, Generations will premiere the movie, “Titans of Yoga” which brings together the most prominent figures in the worlds of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
