A breath of fresh air is blowing through Illinois with so many initiatives to put important issues before the voters such as redistricting and term limits. Let's hope voters will have a chance to speak up in November at the voting booth, rather than having initiatives struck down in court. Let's also hope that the majority vote isn't ignored or disregarded as we've experienced in Winnetka. http://winnetka.patch.com/groups/myhometown/p/winnetkas-minority-rule
