Glencoe Man Buys Share of Cubs
Andrew Berlin owns the team's Single-A affiliate in South Bend, is one of six new limited partners.

A Glencoe resident is one of six new limited partners with the Chicago Cubs.
The Daily North Shore reports 54-year-old Andrew Berlin has owned the team’s single-A affiliate in South Bend for years, but the franchise just transferred affiliates from the Arizona Diamondbacks to the Cubs in the off-season.
Berlin’s enticements to get more fans to the South Bend stadium have been working, as the team formerly known as the Silver Hawks (now the South Bend Cubs) has seen a steady increase in attendance since 2012.
