Hubbard Woods Home Goes for $3.2 Mil
CSS official buys 11-year-old home with five fireplaces.

A Hubbard Woods home was sold for just under its original listing price at $3.2 million, Chicago Real Estate Daily reports. It went on the market in March for $3.4 million.
The French Provincial-style home just off Hibbard Road in Winnetka was sold to Kevin Broschre of CSS, a proprietary trading firm - who made the purchase from Barry Levy and Amy Fong, who built the house in 2004.
According to Real Estate Daily, the five-bedroom home includes five fireplaces, two laundry rooms, a media room and professional Whirlpool steam cleaner.
