WINNETKA, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Winnetka Police Department and the Glencoe Public Safety Department.

Winnetka

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

  • Vehicle - Jan. 26 at 2:15 p.m.
    • A victim reported that an unknown person entered their unlocked 2004 Lexus LX470that was parked in their driveway sometime between Jan. 24 and 26. Nothing appeared to be taken, police said.

THEFT

  • Identity - Jan. 28 at 12:58 p.m.
    • A victim noticed $5,000 worth of fraudulent credit card transactions on their account and notified police that an unknown person used their personal information to get access to the account.

ARRESTS

  • Traffic - Jan. 28 at 12:48 a.m.
    • A 27-year-old Chicago man was arrested for driving without a valid driver's license and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for speeding, operation of an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage.
  • Traffic - Jan. 31 at 10:17 p.m.
    • A 47-year-old Mundelein man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for illegal stopping/parking and illegal transportation of alcohol.

  • Traffic - Jan. 30
    • A 38-year-old Chicago man was arrested for running a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.
