Jewelry Worth Thousands Stolen From Oak Street Home: Cops
A revoked driver was caught by Winnetka police on Willow Road over the weekend.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS
A victim in the 200 block of Linden St. discovered between 10:15h a.m. and 10:20 a.m. on Jan. 22, unknown offender(s) entered an unsecured vehicle and rummaged through the contents. Nothing reported missing at this time.

THEFT
A victim in the 1000 block of Oak St. discovered between 7 a.m. on July 15 and 7 a.m. on July 21, unknown offender(s) entered the residence and removed various handbags and pieces of jewelry. Amount of loss in excess of $10,000.

DRIVING WHILE REVOKED
James Thomas Klotz, 46, Wauconda, was arrested for driving with a revoked driver’s license at 6:25 p.m. on Jan. 22 in the 1300 block of Willow Road. Klotz was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to signal when required.
