Lakeshore Recycling Service Trash Pickups Beginning In Glencoe
Residents who want to get rid of old garbage carts should put a "Remove" sign on their containers.
From The City of Winnetka: On Monday, October 23, Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) will begin garbage cart delivery to residents who have signed up for service and elected to receive new 65- or 95- gallon carts.
Please place your cans or carts out on your regular garbage collection day next week. Residents who wish to dispose of their old garbage cart or container should simply place a handwritten sign on their containers stating "Remove" or “Dispose of container.”
If you have not yet made your garbage collection service selection, you must do so by Friday, October 20 to receive a new cart in advance of the program kick-off on Wednesday, November 1. Click the button below or call LRS at (773) 685-8811 for more information.
