Local High Schools Identified On Website That Solicits Nude Photos

Users on the website request, trade and post photos of former students, according to an NBC 5 investigation.

Four North Shore high schools are on a list of at least 67 Illinois schools from which former students have had their nude photographs shared on a notorious website. The online forum, Anon-IB, is known for anonymous sharing of stolen nude photos of celebrities and female Marines. Last week, WMAQ revealed the findings of a two-month investigation into Anon-IB.

The website includes threads under logos of various high schools with nude photos of supposed former students included. The WMAQ investigation found users have been sharing and trading the photos on the site for at least the past three years.

Local high schools that have threads on the website include Lake Forest High School, New Trier High School, Glenbrook South and Loyola Academy, according to WMAQ.
