Lutheran Choir of Chicago bringing gospel to the North Shore

A special evening of gospel music, performed by one of Chicago's most established choirs

Lutheran Choir of Chicago is excited to bring a celebration of urban contemporary gospel music to the North Shore with “Gospel Prelude,” Friday, March 13, 8:00 pm at Winnetka Congregational Church. The message is one of hope and praise, featuring choral works by Franklin, Walker, Hampton and Smallwood. Singing under the baton of Artistic Director Wilbert O. Watkins, LCC is a unique sacred choral ensemble with a rich spiritual tradition spanning more than 65 years. Tickets are $10 in advance (at www.LutheranChoirofChicago.org), $15 at the door; children 10 and under are free. Please join us for this special program.
