New Trier senior wins national video award and $500 award for the school.

New Trier High School senior, Grayson Schiller earned second place in the U.S. Bank's "Lights, Camera, Save! Competition.

The lights are shining brightly on New Trier High School senior, Grayson Schiller who earned second place in the U.S. Bank’s “Lights, Camera, Save! Competition. Ms. Schiller entered the national competition with the video she created entitled “Paper Dreamers.

Lights, Camera, Save! is a video contest that encourages teens to educate themselves and their peers about the value of saving and using money wisely. Videos are entered at participating banks. These banks then choose a local winning video and submit it for judging at the national level. Three national winners will be announced during America Saves Week in February 2015. National winners receive money to fund their savings goal, plus a scholarship for their teacher(s)!
