Parking Fees Increase in Glencoe Sunday

GLENCOE, IL - The village of Glencoe will enact a new parking enforcement plan in the central business district on Sunday, Sept. 25.

According to a village memo, business parking permit holders won't be able to park in the two-hour time restricted spaces from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on work days, and any violation will now result in a citation instead of a warning.

Also, the cost of a violation will be increased from $20 to $25.
