The Winnetka Park District is proud to offer Green Wave Cheerleading and Mini-Cheer for the winter season. Under the creative direction of Cindy Leske from Chicago Loves Dance, the cheerleaders and mini-cheer will cheer on the Green Wave Basketball teams on Sunday afternoons. Everyone will learn cheers and elementary tumbling over the season. The program will be held on Tuesdays beginning November 19 through March 11 from 5-6 pm for 1st-3rd graders and 6-7 pm for 4th-8th graders. There will be no programs November 26, December 24 and December 31. Fee is $275 for residents and $300 for non residents. Cheerleaders that already have a uniform receive $25 off, if you already have accessories receive an additional $25 off, for a total savings of $50. To receive discounts please register in-person or by mail.
