Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield Installs New President

Tom Nash assumes Presidency of the Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield.

Winnetka, IL June 29, 2017– Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield President Patti Van Cleave (right) installs new club President Thomas Nash for the 2017-2018 Rotary year. Tom, a resident of Kenilworth and mortgage officer with BMO Harris and Patti, a Winnetka resident, recently retired as Executive Director of the Winnetka Historical Society. Rotary Assistant Governor Mary Bak of Glenview joined the ceremonies and formally installed Tom as Club President.

Several members of the club were also recognized for their commitment to supporting The Rotary Foundation. David Birkenstein, Sam Badger, Fred Schwimmer and Rich Lalley are all members of Rotary’s Paul Harris Society, a select group of worldwide Rotarians you pledge at least $1,000 per year to support The Rotary Foundation, one of world's most respected and admired charitable foundations. The Foundation fosters world understanding and peace through international humanitarian, educational, and cultural exchange programs. The Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield meets Thursdays from 12:15 to 1:30 at the Winnetka Community House for lunch and a speaker. Membership is open to service oriented residents and workers of the area. Guests are welcome to attend.
